1. Overview

We encourage participants to review the details, schedule and prerequisites of a course, workshop or program carefully before completing payment, as our ability to offer a refund reduces once a batch, session or event has been confirmed and resources have been allocated.

2. General Policy

• Fees paid to confirm a seat, slot or registration for a course, workshop, hackathon or event are collected to reserve capacity and cover associated planning, faculty, material and administrative costs.
• Once a payment is successfully processed and a registration is confirmed, the fee is generally non-refundable and non-transferable to another program, except in the specific circumstances described in Section 3 below.
• Where permitted for a specific course or program, a participant may request to transfer their registration to a later batch or an equivalent program, subject to TANCAM's approval and availability.

3. When a Refund May Be Considered

While fees are generally non-refundable, TANCAM will review and, where appropriate, process a refund or correction in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment: where the same registration has been charged more than once due to a payment gateway or technical error.
• Failed or incomplete transaction: where an amount was debited from your account but the registration was not confirmed on the Platform.
• Program cancelled by TANCAM: if a course, workshop, hackathon or event is cancelled in its entirety by TANCAM (and not merely postponed or rescheduled), fees already paid for that specific program will be refunded or, at the participant's choice, credited towards a future program.
• Non-delivery of the program: where TANCAM is unable to deliver the paid course or program for reasons attributable to TANCAM.

Refund requests outside these situations, including change of mind, unavailability of the participant, or withdrawal after the registration deadline or after a batch has commenced, will generally not be eligible for a refund, unless otherwise stated on the specific course or program page.

4. Postponement or Rescheduling

If a course, workshop or event is postponed or rescheduled by TANCAM due to unforeseen circumstances (including venue, faculty availability, or administrative reasons), existing registrations will ordinarily carry forward to the revised date. No refund will be issued solely on account of a postponement, unless a participant is genuinely unable to attend the revised date, in which case the request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request under Section 3, please write to us promptly after the payment or program date (whichever applies) with the following details:

• Full name and registration/enrolment ID;
• Course, program or event name and batch/date, if applicable;
• Payment reference number, date and amount paid;
• A brief description of the issue, along with any supporting screenshots or documents.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment through our payment gateway. Once approved, refunds are typically credited within a reasonable number of working days, depending on the processing timelines of your bank or payment provider. TANCAM does not levy any additional charge for processing an approved refund; however, any gateway or bank-side transaction charges already deducted at the time of payment are non-refundable.
