1. Purpose of this Policy
This Pricing Policy explains how fees are determined and displayed for courses, workshops, hackathons, events and other programs offered by TANCAM – the Tamil Nadu Centre of Excellence for Advanced Manufacturing. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
TANCAM offers a range of programs that differ in duration, delivery mode, faculty involvement and materials required, so pricing is set individually for each course, workshop or program rather than following a single fixed rate.
2. How Pricing Works

| Group / institutional pricing | Where applicable, special pricing for institutions, spoke centres or group enrolments is communicated directly by TANCAM and confirmed in writing before registration. |
The exact fee applicable to a specific course, workshop, hackathon or event is always displayed on that program's registration page before you proceed to payment, along with whether the amount shown is inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes.
3. What a Fee May Cover
- Depending on the specific course or program, the fee shown at checkout may cover items such as:
- Access to training sessions, faculty time and course content;
- Use of TANCAM or spoke-centre facilities and equipment during the program;
- Assessment, certification or credentialing associated with the program; and
Any standard materials specifically bundled with that course or program.
Fees generally do not include travel, stay, food, or optional kits/materials unless these are explicitly listed as included on the course or program page.
4. Payment Methods
All payments on the Platform are collected securely through our third-party payment gateway, which supports major cards, UPI and net-banking options. TANCAM does not directly collect or store your payment card or banking credentials at any point.
5. No Hidden Charges
The Platform will always display the applicable fee for a course, workshop, hackathon or event before you confirm payment. We do not charge participants any additional or hidden fee beyond what is shown at checkout, other than payment gateway or bank charges that may be levied by your bank or payment provider outside our control.
6. Changes to Pricing
TANCAM may revise the fee for a course, workshop or program from time to time, including between batches or editions, to reflect changes in delivery costs, faculty, materials or format. Any such change will be reflected on the relevant course or program page and will apply only to registrations made after the change takes effect; participants who have already completed payment will not be charged any difference for their existing enrolment.
